New Global Social Contract for Globalization.

Dears,
Although Globalization is the call of the new millennium but a step cannot be forwarded toward this direction without creating /signing a "New Global Social Contract "among various Classes of various Nations around the World and change not only the un-civilized, un-democratic and hypocritical attitude of developed Nations but also the prevailing political, social and economical orders of the World. There is plenteous Organizations World-wide, who is working in the process of globalization but in vain. (Like IMF, WB.WTO,) Because, on one hand their activities tantamount to not only reverse this process but also create re-action in the shape of Anti-globalization movements in the human community and on the other hand these organizations are neither clear in their future Vision nor their activities are so much well organized to keep in view one target for achievement (which should be a Global Democratic Government) They only depend upon Seminars, Conferences and meetings till the date. The practical activities on ground in the process of Globalization have not been seen so far.
Therefore, I invite your attention to the following brief of "New Global Social Contract” and its "Road Map" (CORADO) so that the process of Globalization could be initiated in the right direction and as such the whole human community could be involved not only Economically but also politically, Socially and practically in this process.

NEW GLOBAL DEMOCRATIC ORDERS /SYSTEM FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM. (In Brief)

Name: NORMALISM
· A new Global Democratic system for Governments of the people, by the people, for the people.
· A theory of new (Global Social Contract) created for the first time in the history of the world.
· A unique system to organize the world community, Politically, Socially, ideologically and economically in global manner for Globalization.
· A self-acting system for assurance of world peace, Anti-all types of Terrorism, Worldwide equal economical development, stability, prosperity and justice.
· A justified ground for sharing power, better resources of income and equal high standard of life among poor and rich people.
· A proper and justified road map for labor Unions, various workers Organizations and all type of Associations /Federations etc, to become practically involved in the process of Globalization as such obtained their legitimate natural rights.

Basic Theory of NORMALISM.
Basically the human community is naturally the co-shares and co-heirs of the whole earth and all its natural resources. The present various boundaries among various countries /Nations are just because of gradual political, social, economical, and theoretical evolution of mankind. Although, in fact, there are two main Classes of human beings Worldwide. First, Superior Class and second, Inferior Class.
Naturally the Inferior Class is further divided into Eight Sub Classes, as Curative Class, Technical Class, Instructive Class, Cultivator Class, Labor Class, Protective Class, Entertainment Producers and Thinkers Class. So, in fact, the modern human community is consists of natural Nine Classes. The details are mentioned below.

(C-I) SUPERIOR CLASS.
This Class consists of Rich people, Industrialists, Capitalists, Land Lords, Bankers, Queens, Kings, Traders, etc. It means that all those people belongs to this Class No-1 whose assets are exceeding Three Million Dollars (This limitation is flexible according to the situation and standard of a nation or community)
The natural frame of work of this Class in the human community is to invest their capital, not only to motivate the other 8-Classes to accelerate their activities in their concerned frame of work as mentioned below against each, for global development, peace, prosperity, stability and happiness but also increase raw material (Agriculture development) and industrial commodities. So that, the human community may be able to get commodities on low cost on one hand and on the other hand this Class could get justified prophet of their Capital. It is regrettable to spend their capital on making lethal weaponry to kill mankind and create miserable condition for the lives of human beings with out proper justification.
Its devoted Ministry at a State is the Ministry of Commerce, Trade, Investment, Banking, Finance and fiscal affairs etc
. Its World-wide organizations are" International Monetary Fund "(I.M.F.)" World Bank "(W.B) "Asian Development Bank "(A.D.B.) "World Trade Organization" (W.T.O.) and various local, countries and global level Trade & Commerce Organizations/Associations etc.
Call of new millennium.
The new millennium specially calling this Class to accelerate their activities and efforts in the process of globalization to form a "Global Democratic Government "for their own interest. Because, on one hand, they will be able to invest and trade World-wide, freely, safely, legally and politically justified and on the other hand the human community will be able to avail good facilities of life World-wide equally.
. In this regard, the under mentioned concept, is very useful, beneficial, self acting, practicable and unique system to organize the World community, politically, socially, theoretically and economically, in global manner for globalization and forming "Global Democratic Government".

(C-II) CURATIVE CLASS.
This Class of human beings consists of all those people who are mostly concerned with human health and physical care ness like Doctors, Physicians, Surgeons, Chemists, Druggists, Dentists, Nurses, (Male & Female).
Its natural frame of work is to care and cure of male and female with all pallor activities, Hospital and Clinic activities etc. Ministry of Health, Environment and Welfare of human beings may be devoted to this Class in a democratic State, as it is, its natural responsibility.
Its natural obligation in a community is to provide good health facilities, clean environment, search about diseases and experiment to produce effective medicine with arrangement and regularization of all type of activities regarding health, care, and cure of human beings.
All Doctor's Associations, Federations, Organizations, Nurses Associations, Barber's Unions, Sanitary workers organizations, veterinary Doctors Associations and other concerned Unions are the political organizations of this Curative Class.

(C-III) TECHNICAL CLASS.
In this Class all those people of human community are included who have technical mind and structure of the body, like Engineers (Civil, Mech: Elect: Automobile) Planners, Architects, Carpenters, Cobblers, Jewelers workers, professional Drivers, Watch makers, Locksmiths, Masons, Plumbers, Gold smiths, Weavers, Sculptors, Surveyors, Draftsman, Tailors, Tracers, Designers, Sub-Engineers, Blacksmiths, Painters, Joiners, Darnels, etc.
The frame of work of this Class is technical activities, experiments, and inventions, providing technical services. The devoted Ministry of this Class in a democratic State is Science, Technology, Transportation and Communication with technical investigation etc
Its natural obligation is to provide best technical services and comfort the human lives through their new inventions with best transportation, communication and dwelling facilities to the human community instead of making lethal weaponry i.e. Chemical, Atomic and traditional weapons as it is the legitimate right of human beings to live peacefully and prosperously in the World.
All Engineers Associations. Unions, Federations, Drivers and Transporters Unions, Associations & Federations, Goldsmith organizations, Unions, Surveyors Associations, Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile etc. Unions, Associations & Federations etc are the political organizations of this Technical Class.

(C-IV) INSTRUCTIVE CLASS.
In this Class all those people of human community are included who are mostly concerned with teaching, education, learning and preaching about religion, morality, spiritual orders, and educate mankind about bad and good acts along with all types of activities pertaining to =charity with out any hope of reward in this life. Like Teachers, Lecturers, religious and moral Preachers, Professors, Popes, Priests, Parson, Educator, Moralists, Scholars and all types of students above 18 years (Male & Female). Etc.
The natural frame of work of this Class is education, religion, spiritual, and moral activities and all types of humanitarian activities regarding charity, morality and spirituality. Such types of Ministries in a Democratic State are devoted to this Instructive Class.
The natural obligation of this Class is to establish Schools, Colleges and Institution where they could educate/teach the human community not only about the professional education but also instruct the bad and good activities and its effects on the human liberty, health, peace, sociality, morality, prosperity and each other respect among individual /citizen. It is also the natural responsibilities of this Class to advise/ preach the human community to avoid each other exploitation, cruelty on one another and instruct a community to curb the corruption and un-justice activities which create bloodshed tendencies in a community.
The Teachers and Lectures Associations, Organizations and Unions, Religious Parties, Organizations, and various Sects, preaching and charity organizations are the political organizations of this Instructive Class.

(C-V) CULTIVATOR CLASS.
All those people of a community are included in this Class who are experienced in agriculture and worked on earth to help in production of agriculture commodities (raw material) through cultivation and produce all type of raw material for industries of Food s, Clothes, Vegetables, Fruits, Flowers, etc like Cultivator, Farmers, Gardners, Tenants, Agriculture Officers and Field Assistants, Vegetable Sellers. Bread makers, Shepherd and Milk men etc.
All type of cultivation and agriculture concerned activities is the frame of work of this Class and Agriculture, Natural resources, Forests, Fishers, Irrigation and Poultry Farm etc is the devoted Ministry of this Class in a democratic State.
Naturally this Class of human community is responsible to produce all type of such commodities, which are essential for the lives of mankind and provide all such commodities direct to the market on justified rates to keep it away from the profit earning forces, which usually lead to dearness in a community. This Class is also responsible to avoid the production of all such commodities, which are mostly injurious and lethal to the health and lives for human beings.
All Tenants, Farmers, Cultivators- World-wide organizations are the political organizations of this Class.

(C-VI) LABOR CLASS.
In this Class all those people of the human community are included who are earning their livelihood through labor / services etc like all type of labors, Coolies, Millers, Cooks, Sculptors, House servants, Clerks, all ordinary workers (male & femal0.
All activities pertaining to laboring, serving and all ordinary works, which are taking place in the various fields of life, is the frame of work of this Class.
The Ministry or Department in a democratic State, which regulate all such activities, is devoted to this Class.
Naturally this Class is responsible to provide services and labor force in all field of life to the human community on proper and justified wages.
All type of Labor / Trade Unions, Federations, Organizations and Clerk Associations etc are the political organizations of this Class.

(C-VII) PROTECTIVE CLASS.
In this Class all those people are included who are trained and physically fit for security purposes like Army, Air force, Navy, police, Rangers, Malaysia, Scout, Traffic police, Security guards, Firefighters (Male & Female) etc.
All those activities, which are taking, place for the security, safety and guard of human beings is the frame of work of this Class.
The external defense and internal safety of people with implementation of law & orders is the devoted Ministry of this Class.
Naturally this Class is responsible to protect the human lives and property from all type of evil forces externally and internally along with implementation of law and orders of a State.
This Class of human community is well organized comparing with other 8 Classes but without proper, global co-ordination, as result, they fight with each on behalf of their own community.

(C-VIII)= ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCERS CLASS.
In this Class all those people are included who provided entertainment to the human community like Artists of T.V. /Drama/Film, and writers of stories dramas poetry etc, Dancers, Singers, musicians, Professional players, Jugglers, Palmists, Astrologers, Editors and publishers of news papers etc and Show biz persons (Male &Female)
All type of activities through which entertainment could be produced to the human community is the frame of work of this Class
The devoted Ministry of this Class in a democratic State is Sports, Tourism, Culture, communication and media etc
Naturally this Class is responsible to provide all type of entertainment according to the moral, Cultural and religious tradition of a community.
All Sports, Musicals, News paper workers, Artists and publishers etc organizations, Associations and Union etc are the political organization of this Class.

(C-IX) THINKERS CLASS.
This Class is consists of experts and wise people of a community like Scientists, Philosophers, Authors, Judges, lawyers, Solicitors, Barristers at law, Legislators and Thinkers etc.
The frame of work of this Class is to think /invent, create laws, rules regulations & orders for a community to civilize its citizen and provide real justice to the individual of a community as such their laws may be respected and confidence may be prevailed. The time-to-time instruction to the protective Class for proper implementation of laws, rules and regulation is also the frame of work of this Class.
The Ministry of law, justice and legislature affair is devoted to this Class.
The Natural responsibility of this Class is to provide the real justice to the human beings and give them such guideline through which global peace; prosperity and harmony could be restored. The prevailing all such laws, regulations and orders which restricted not only the liberty of individual but also increases the trend of exploitation among human being are required to be regretted and abolished by this Class .In fact, it is the natural responsibility of this Class, to create / think such laws, rules, regulations and orders which prevail, justice, peace, stability and prosperity in the human community.
All Global Bar Councils, Associations, Unions, and Federations & Organizations are the political organizations of this Class.

POLITICAL SYSTEM (in brief)
The entire adult citizens, who are eligible to cast their vote in a democratic country may be enlisted in their own Class (Above mentioned Nine Classes) as such, nine lists of the above mentioned nine Classes with full description of bio-data and occupation of citizen of a country, may be prepared.

Zone or Constituency.
A State may be divided in to various Zones or constituencies, according to the population and a requirement of a State as such every Zone will be consists of Nine Classes of citizens. So during elections every Class will be in position to nominate their candidates for their own Class.
There may be so many candidates in one Class but only one of them will be elected, as a result, Nine candidates will be elected in a Zone or an Constituency.

Lower Legislature.
The Members, who are elected during the Class-wise election, will be the Members of lower Legislature. It depends upon a State that how much Zones or constituencies are requires for their Parliament. For example a State is divided in to 30 Zones, their lower legislature will be consists of 30x9 = 270 Members.
As such, every Class (Above mentioned 9 Class) will have the strength of 30 Members in a Parliament of a State.

Upper Legislature.
The Members of the lower legislature will nominate/elect one representative in their own Class, for Supreme Council (Senate) as such the Supreme Council will be consisted in to 9 Members, (flexible) represent above mentioned 9 Classes.

Type of Government.
It depends upon the legislature of a State that what type of government they recommends!
There may be Presidential type of Government, where the President will govern the Ministry of Finance and foreign affairs and in the Parliamentary type of government, the Prime Minister will govern the Ministry of foreign affairs and Finance Ministry will be under the control of President.

Cabinet.
The Members of every Class in the legislature will nominate or elect their own Minister for their own concerned Ministry / Department as mentioned above under each Class.

Local Bodies.
The local bodies have great importance in this system, because the problems of citizens required to be solved easily and locally, therefore, the local Members required to be sufficiently empowered to solve the problems of the citizens. There election will be also in Class-wise, on the basis of adult franchise. As such the local bodies of village or city (corporation) will be also consists of 9 Members of the above-mentioned 9 Classes.

Polling Stations.
All Polling Stations of a democratic country will be consisted in to nine Booths and each Booth will be assigned to the above mentioned each Class.

Judicature (in brief).
At the level of local bodies 9 elected Members of the above mentioned 9 Classes will be assigned like Jury, to judge and punished all the disputed cases and crimes which taking place at local level, among the people of the above mentioned 9 Classes. Such judgments and punishments will be checked and confirmed by a Mobile judge/Court, who will be appointed by the Law Ministry/Class No- 9 for this purpose. The Court will pay visit weekly to the local institutions and the judgment /punishment will be complied accordingly. The judge of the Mobile Court could legally defer a decision of a Case thrice for correct decision and investigations. If the members of the local institution do not agree to the above, they may approach the High Court for the same. For example, and effected person of a Class registers report or files a suit against defendant in the local institution. The 9 elected members of the local Council will investigate the matter and will collect the proof to make impartial decision. The Mobile Court will confirm the decision and judgment of such Case. If the decision, in such, is not confirmed by the judge of Mobile Court thrice, the members of the local bodies will have then the right to approach the High Court for the decision which become disputed among the Mobile Court and Local Members.

High Court.
The High Court will deal all such cases, which become disputed among the judges of Mobile Courts and 9 Members of a local Council. And so, only the Members of the local bodies will be eligible to file a suit in the High Court to obtain correct decision.

Supreme Court.
This Court will deal all such problems and disputes, which is taking place between the Classes at country level.

BASIC RIGHTS OF CITIZEN UNDER NORMALISM.
i) Food.
The citizen may be provided standard food by a State as their right. It is injustice that one Class of the human community gets good meal thrice a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) while the others deprived from standard food, one time in a day.

ii) Dress/ Clothes.
It is the right of the citizen to wear such clothes through which they do not seem to be inferior to other citizen. It is in-justice with the human community that some of citizens are capable to wear such costly Clothes through which they seem to be Superior than others.

iii) Dwelling.
The citizen may be provided standard Houses by a State as their rights for dwelling where all facilities of life will be available and every couple of citizen may call it their own House. The magnificent Lodges Mansions, palaces and buildings may be discourage till the time, when all couple of citizen of a country may be able to avail residential accommodation equally. It is in-justice that one Class of a community may enjoy good residential accommodation facilities while the other citizen could not obtained a single room house for dwelling.

iv) Medical facilities.
It is the right of the citizen to avail free medical facilities on local level. It is in-justice that some of citizen may avail costly medical facilities and as such live healthy for long life while on the other hand the death ratio of poor people increases day be day due to non-availability of medical facilities. It is, therefore, the responsibility of local Members to provide free medical facilities at local level.

v) Employment.
Human is born for the purpose to play some role in the construction of the World as such it become the natural right of citizen to be provided some job according to their abilities. The concern Class is responsible to provide employment /job to the un-employed citizen unless they have the right to receive un-employed allowance from his concerned Class or government.

vi) Education.
It is the right of the citizen and responsibility of the State that the children may be provided free education opportunities according to the ability and bent of a child. It is in-justice that a Class of the human community may avail great opportunities according to their status in their chosen field and as such gain their goals. But on the other hand most of the population remains illiterate due to non-availability of free education due to which crimes and violation of law is increasing day be day in the human community.

vii) Adult franchise.
It is the right of adult citizen to cast their vote in their own Class to elect one representative for Legislature and the other for local institution and as such elect 11 % representatives for a Legislature of a country is the legitimate right of each Class (Above mentioned 9 Classes).
Beside that all other human rights has already been recognized.

Economic system of Normalism (in brief)

The world has two type of Economics system
1.Capitalism
2.Communism/Social type of Economy
Normalism adopt moderate way of Economy and advise the human community to give up the attitude of saving and collecting of money to deposit it in a Bank and earn profit/interest with out doing any job. It creating on one hand, great disturbance,discripencies and blood-sheding in a society and on the other hand discouraging the industrialists,Producers and Investors.Because the people of a society ignores to purchase all type of commodities and deprived himself to avail enjoyments with all facilities of life as they wish to save some money to deposit it in a Bank to earn profit/interest for whole life and sit idle.After his death his inheritant will enjoy the interest of his capital with out doing proper job.As a result,on one hand, the demand of commodities is decreasing which discouraging the investor etc and on the other hand it inspires the working Class of a Society to hate those Capitalists who are sitting idle and enjoy better life than hard workers.These prevailing economical orders of the world has created great disturbance,blood-sheding and terriosm in the human communty and it is the main incentive of Communism .Because the big movtivator (capital) of human beings to work is store in a Bank and the Bankers invest capital with great care and wants to earn double profit of his capital so that they may be able to pay some interest to the Capitalists and keep the remaining with them-selves for Bank's expenditure etc.This double profit does not come out from sky but snaches from the resources of a community or a nation through such un-justified means.As a result,not only the investment ratio is going down which accellerating poverty,un-employment and prices of commodities world-wide but also reducing economical activities up to 88% in the human community.Because the holder of the capital "Superior Class-I) who are receiving free money as intertest, having the purching power and they are in minority up to 1:8 in a community. So,only they could purchase commodities on any rate,as such small quantity of a quality commodities will be produced which not only limits the economical activities to a 12% reduced market but also the prevailing economical orders of the World depriving 88% people from availing good food,health facilities and high standard of life with social,economical and political development.
The Capitalists has the right to avail the profit of his capital but in economics way.According to the Economics,whenever four factor i.e Land,Labor ,Capital and Organisation worked to-gether in an organised manner the profit will be called economically and justified which has the risk of loss.The people would find employment and money would come out to the market.The people would get it and spend it easily.Because they will have no way to deposite it in a Bank to earn interest.When the circulation of currency/money is increased, the whole community will enjoy it equally.The demand of commodities as such will be also increased,as a result the prices will go high for some time which will be helpful for productive factors and the efficiency of producers like Farmers,Cultivator and Industrialist will be come better, so they will increaase the supply of commodities which will lead to the down fall of prices.
Now the question arise here that what will be the role of Banks in a society which system is mainly based on "interest"
Normalism adopt an organised manner of Banking system World-wide.
First it point out that what is the basic and main objective of a Bank in society?
The basic and main objective of a Bank in a society is to deposite with safe the extra money of citizen and invest it some where or through some one to earn profit i.e." interest"
But Normalism wants that not only the Capitalists has the right to enjoy the benefits of Banks but also all citizen of a community has the right to enjoy it equally.Because the Capital basically belongs to a community but was accumulated by clever people of a society through corruption,exploitation and un-just means.
As mentioned theoretically the human communty is divided in to natural 9
Classes. It is the natural right of each Class to constitute their own Bank where the people of the concern Class will deposite their money and theBank should be supervised by an elected Board of the concerned Class not only on the constituency level but also at state and global level.so there will be only 9 Banks (with plentious branches) assigned for nine Classes of the human community globally.These Bank will invest capital seperately or with each other on share basis but the profit of an investment of a Bank will be credit to "Welfare Account"which will be used for the social welfare of poor people aged couples,widows orphan children, un-married girls,disable male & female and aged single person of the concerned Class.
TAX SYSTEM OF NORMALISM.
In Normalism indirect Tax system may be abolished and direct Tax system may be adopted, so, that, on one hand, the citizen of a country democratically has the right to know that how much taxes they paid to the Government and how much she spends upon them and on the other hand the prices of daily use commodities may not rised due to Government Taxes as such to protect the low paid citizen from State exploitation.
Normalism Tax system is like Income Tax .Every citizen will pay 5% of his daily,monthly and annually income and 3% annually on solid wealth like Gold,Land,Building etc .Those citizen who earns money through easy resouces will pay 10% Income Tax to the Government beside that all kind of Taxes will be abolished .The Members of local Institution will be responsible to collect the taxes from their own Classes through their worker/employer because the local member will better know that how much a citizen earn daily,monthly and annually.They will deposite this Tax in the Government treasury /Account in their own nearest Bank .An authorise Member may draw it for the welfare and Development of their concerned Class at local level according to the sanctioned funds by the sovereignty which will be earmarked in the central budget.
(Note)The Income Tax Department of a State will collect Tax from Superior Class(C-I)according the prevailing pattern.

GUID LINE FOR BUDGET.
The Ministry/Department of each Class will prepare their mini-budget about their revenue and expenditure for the coming financial year.There will be two main Heads of their expenditure..First,their expenditure regarding performing their natural responsiblities and frame of work(as mentioned above) and secondly to earmark for basic rights of people of their concerned Class.The Central budget will be prepared by Finance Department of a State which will be consisted in to 8 main Head.The mini-budget of each Class will be the part of this Central budget`s each main Head which will show the total demand of funds and total revenue of each Class alongwith total expenditur and revenue of central Government.The central budget will be discussed in detail during budget session in the legislature (Assembly) and will be passed in 2/3 majority.

STATE BANK(in brief)
This Bank will co-ordinate all other nine Banks of a State and will be governed by the President of a State.You may call it treasury of a State.


EDUCATION SYSTEM OF NORMALISM(in brief)

Education system must be according to the nature of human beings, therefore, Normalism be adopted the same way. When a child attains the age of 5 years, he may be admitted in such schools in the local circle where he will not only learn speaking and writing of mother, national and international languages but also it may be kept in mind that what type of mind and body structure is needed to the child. In such schools the child will remain there for 10 years and then according to the preliminary report of such Schools, he may be admitted in the concerned Colleges /Institutions like Medical (C-II) Colleges, Engineering (C-III) Colleges, Forest/Agriculture (C-V) Colleges, Law, Thinkers (C-IX) and Instructor/Teacher (C-IV) Colleges, Army/Police, Guard etc (C-VII) Clerical/Labor (C-V) Institutions, Commerce/Business (C-I) Colleges, Artist/player etc (C-VIII) Colleges& Institution.
There he will study accordingly and when a child attains the adult age, he will be a suitable citizen of the above-mentioned 9 Classes. In this way through this system of education the human community will be self-contained in all field of life.

GUIDE LINE FOR "GLOBAL DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT "(in brief)

It is obvious that the dream of " World Government" could become true, when the countries of the World agree to sign the above n"New Global Social Contract " and adopt Class-wise election in their respective countries according to the above-mentioned Normalism system. In this way through this system the parliament of a country would be consisted on the representatives of above-mentioned 9 Classes. The Members of a Class in the Parliament of a country could select or elect one representative for World Parliament. As such, the nine Members of the above mentioned nine Classes of a country would represent their country in the World Parliament.
For example, if 50 countries of the World agree to join World Government. The strength of World Parliament would be consisted in to 50 x 9 = 450 Members. As a result, each Class of the above mentioned 9 Classes of the human community would have the strength 50 Members in the World Parliament. They will elect or select their global Ministers for their own concerned Ministries / Departments.
Like 50 Members of C-I (Superior Class) will elect /select their Minister for Global Investment, Trade Industries and Banking who will regulate and Co-ordinate all World-wide activities, freely, safely, legally and politically justified, regarding their frame of work as mentioned above.

C-II (Curative Class) will elect/select their global Minister who will be responsible for global Environment, Welfare and Health of human beings. All such, Worldwide activities will be co-ordinated /regulated by this Global Ministry as it is the natural frame of work of this Class.

C-III (Technical Class) Minister will be responsible for Worldwide Science and Technology development and will regulate/co-ordinate global communication and transportation with usage of Atomic energy for the welfare of human community along with stoppage of manufacturing lethal/chemical/mass destruction weapons.

All educational activities and preaching about various religions will be regulated and co-ordinated World-wide by C-IV (Instructive Class) elected or selected Minister and this Mininistry will be globally responsible for preventing religious extremism..

C-V (Cultivator Class) Minister will deal the Worldwide, Food Programme, global Irrigation, Agriculture Development and Global Forests etc.

The Minister of C-VI (Labor Class) will co-ordinat and regulate to provide the services of Labor force World-wide on standard wages.

The question of war will not arise among various nations, as C-VII (Protective Class) Globally belongs to the same Class. Its Ministry will regulate and co-ordinate all safety /protective activities regarding human community during Earth Quake, Storms and Accident etc.

The Ministry of C-VIII (Entertainment Producers Class) will be responsible to regulate and co-ordinate all World-wide activities regarding entertainment, shows, Sports, Show Biz, Tourism, Media, (T.V) Film, all type of matches and Culture Shows etc.

The Minister of C-IX (Thinkers Class) will be responsible to ensure World-wide justice and curb/ reject all various types of in-justice, cruel and un-democratic laws, rules, orders and regulations.etc.

WORLD PRESIDENT.
The above" World Parliament" will be the actual and sole representative institute of the World community. Therefore, they will have the Authority to elect or select World President to deal the Ministry of World Finance and as such a single currency "Global Dollar" could be initiated under his signature.

GLOBAL ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL
There will be also a Global "Administrative Council" of nine Members (Flexible) duly elected by the "World Parliament" but no Member will have the" Veto power" like the present Security Council which is constituted for the security of mankind but unfortunately, whenever" Super Power (Veto power holder) wants to destroy the property and lives of human community, they obtained the umbrella of present security Council and begin a short war to dominate the weak and poor countries of the World. The World President will be responsible to this Council about the issues and problems, which is created in all over the World. All rules, regulations and division of power etc will be formulated in this Council and passed by the World Parliament as these are the actual democratic authorities for creating new global Laws, regulations and orders for the World.
This Council will work on permanent basis and the Members of the Parliament will be called on special occasion or budget sessions.
ADVANTAGES OF NORMALISM. (in brief)
· No other grounds are possible to organize the World community for Globalization except the above mentioned 9 natural Pillars, as discovered under Normalism.
· The " Protective Class" belongs to the same Class globally, therefore, to kill one another or fight with each other is not justified according to Normalism,as such a sustainable World peace will be prevailed.
· Each Class is responsible to perform their natural responsibilities as assigned to them, according to Normalism. So the process of automatic development in the human community will be prevailed.
· Only Normalism provides democratic check and balance system to remove the prevailing trend of political corruption and exploitation from the human community.
· The violation of human rights could only be politically protected through Normalism.
· The sharing of ruling power, better resources of income and high standard of life that is the main beneficial three objectives for mankind, could only be achieved through Normalism.
· Obtaining economical equality with out blood shedding is only possible through Normalism.
· The justice will be easily achievable for poor people.
· The prevailing poverty all over the World could only be equally removed through Normalism.
· The investment will be increased due to World Government and Globalization. As a result the un-employment trend will be decrease in all over the World. When the working Class get jobs, their purchasing power will be increased which will encourage the Producers Industrialists and Investors, so, they will accelerate the production of commoddities, which will lead to the down-fall of prices.
· When the Investor invest their capital, freely, safely legally and politically justified in all over the World due to" World Government ". The people would get the money through their jobs /services etc. So, the circulation of currency will be enhanced, as a result, the economical activities will be increased in all over the World, which will lead to World -wide development.
· The reduced number of Ministries will reduce the administrative expenses of a country.
· It was stated briefly, besides that, there are numerous advantages of Normalism.

WHY NORMALISM IS NECESSARY TO BE IMPLEMENTED WORLD WIDE?

· Because only the Superior people(C-I) have the ruling power in all over the World inspite of Democracy which is in-justice democratically.
· Because some Class of inferiors is inspiring by the communists and Socialists to leads them to bloodier revolutions.
· Because the prevailing Democratic system do not fulfill the real /basic purpose for which it has been created.
· Because the complexity and dispute among Superiors and Inferiors are increasing day be day.
· Because the World is going to be divided in to so many small states.
· Because the human community is being divided into plenteous small group on the basis of Religion, Race and Nationality.
· Because the problems and disputes of some countries could not be solved on the basis of traditional ideas and theories.
· Because the human beings are fallen in the sense of deprivation, as a result, they are usually going on strikes and struggle for their fundamental rights.
· Because the dream of organized World like one State is likely to become true, due to, recent development in transportation, communication, Science and technology.
· Because the natural resources (Oil-sea, Gold) are becoming disputable among various Nations of the World. The " World Government" will be justified to prevent them.
· Because Atomic energy could be used any time for the destruction of human community, therefore, the sense of National superiority and inferiority may be discouraged.
· Because the wealth of Nations requires to be invested for achieving high standard of life instead of wasting it on making lethal weapons.
· Because to achieve the aim of real justice.
· Because every citizen has the right to enjoy human rights and standard of living World wide equally.
· The traditional system of Election is not just, because, no technocrats, expert and wise person could obtained, the mandate of the people, but one way or the other they are compelled to vote in favor of a corrupt, ignorant, candidates who are nominated by a political party or political organizations.
· Because according to the prevailing Multi-Party systems, the ruling party ignores majority of the people and strengthens only its own workers (voters) economically.
· Because some organized Classes of a country especially Protective Class, snatch sovereign powers with out proper justification, which is un-democratic practice.
· Because sooner or latter, the Unions / Federations and various Territories in all over the World are likely to be dispersed in small Self- Governments.
· Because to discourage the politics as business.
· Because to increase the interest of all type of citizen in Democracy / Polling.
· Because the prevailing Democratic systems are so much complicated for back-ward people that they are unable to understand it, therefore, its requires simplicity.
· Because Democracy may not fail like communism.
· It is briefly stated, beside that, there are numerous causes for World-wide implementation of Normalism.

Road Map
How to implement the above “New World Orders/Global Social Contract” worldwide?
An Organization must be required according to the following Constitution at each country level of the World. Because it is impossible to globalize/ organize the whole human community just on arranging worldwide Seminars, Conferences and Meeting in a day or two. The process of Globalization will take at least 10 to 20 years. Therefore, the draft of the following Road Map is hereby presented for consideration to the all concerned, so that, not only, the whole human community may be practically involved in this process but also, the Orders for ”World Government” could be initiated globally.

Article -D-I
To remove the prevailing un-democratic, in-just and cruel orders of the World and establish such a new global Democratic orders which not only globalize the human Community for “World Government” but also, bring sustainable global peace, prosperity, development and reforms in all field of life.
Article-D-II
To accelerate struggle toward globalization, so that, the in-equality in resources of income and standard of life between the citizens of developed and under-developed countries could be equalized.
Article-D-III
To accelerate struggle for Class -wise election in a respective country, so that democratic orders could be globalized for” World Government” which is the call of new millennium.
Article - D-IV
To obtain the aim of better life for the people of a community by sharing ruling power, better resources of income and high standard of life with Superiors-c-i.
Article -D-V
To support all aged poor (male & female), orphan children, poor widows, un-married girls, poor disable persons and all jobless youngster of their concerned Class of a community. .
Article-D-VI
It is also the objective of this N.G.O. to accelerate struggle against the violation of human rights, Worldwide.
Article -D_VII
This N.G.O. will struggle for making amendment in a Constitution of a country according to the concept of Normalism.
D-VIII
This N.G.O. will organize and enlist /register all citizens of the community, in their concerned Class (as mentioned above 9 Classes) So that, they may be able in future, to participate in the election of democratic country for obtaining ruling powers.
D-IX
This N.G.O. will provide full support and protection to the investors for investment, as such not only decrease the ratio of unemployment but also accelerate economical activities and development in their respective country.

Article E-I - Executive Committee.
This committee will be constituted at country level and will be consisted of Expert, Good Organizers, Economists and big financial supporters which will deal all financial and executive matters of CORADO. Basically, the CORADO will be executed by this Committee which will initiate guidelines and strategy for its success. It will issue time-to-time instructions to all concerned Councils to achieve the objectives of CORADO. (As mentioned under Article –D).

Article-E-II- Supreme Council
This council will be constituted at a country level which will be consisted in to 9 Members representing their own Class as mentioned above 9 Classes Preliminary, the Executive Committee will be responsible to select, efficient and effective 9 persons from various elected Unions, Organizations and Associations of the above Classes during a country level meeting.

Article- E-II-i- The Objectives of Supreme Council.

(a) To organize and coordinate the above mentioned nine Classes at a country level.
(b) This council will design strategy to implement the guidelines and policy of CORADO according to the instructions of Executive Committee.
(c) To high light the problems and issues of above mentioned Classes through media and forced the Government of a country by various means and tactics to solve their problems.
(d) This Council will receive monthly progress report from lower Councils and will further transmit its summary to the Executive Committee.
(e) This council will activate and motivate the organization of CORADO at a countrywide for obtaining its objectives.
(f) This council will prepare a Manifesto for forth coming election and will approve the final list of Candidate of CORADO with the consultation of Executive Committee.
(g) This council will observe, coordinate and organize the activities of lower councils at a country level and will instruct them time-to-time.
(h) Preliminary, this Council will visit countrywide to constitute" Sub Councils" at every Unit/ Province level.

Article-E-II- (ii) The Rights of members of Supreme Council.

(a) It is the right of each member to put up an issue or problem before the Supreme Council for solution
(b) It is the rights of each member to oppose the action and strategy of the Council and decide on simple majority, after debate.
(c) It is the right of each member to collect funds for CORADO and keep 10% in his own Pocket.
(d) It is the right of each member to call the meeting of the Council any time whenever an issue arises.
(e) It is the right of each member to enquire and scrutinize the financial record of lower councils and submits its report direct to Executive Committee for necessary actions.

Article-E-II (iii) -The Responsibilities of Members.

(a) It is the responsibility of each Member to convey the instructions and decisions of Council and Executive Committee to their own concerned Class and persuade them to obey accordingly.
(b) It is the responsibility of each Member to organize and unite their concern Class up to the local level.
(c) It is the responsibility of each member to attend the meetings regularly and try their best to achieve the targets which are assigned by Supreme Council or Executive Committee. In case of failure, deposit some fine in the account of CORADO.
(d) It is the responsibility of each Member to convince and educate their concerned Class to vote in favor of COR Candidate during election.

Article-E-III- Sub Councils.
There will be Sub Councils at each Province/Unit level, which will be also consisted in to 9 Members representing the above-mentioned 9 Classes. Preliminary this Council will be selected by the members of Supreme Council with the consultation of Executive Committee at every province/unit level.


E-III- (i) The Objectives of Sub Council.

(a) This Council will constitute the Administrative council at every District/Constituency level.
(b) This Council will organize and coordinate all the Administrative Councils under their jurisdiction.
(c) This Council will solve the problems and issues of their Concerned Classes at province level
(d) This Council will implement the instruction and decisions of Supreme Council & Executive Committee up to the lower Councils and will submit monthly summary report of their activities to the Supreme Council.
(e) This Council will play the role of mid-Council between the lower Councils and Supreme Council.
(f) This Council will register the name, addresses and contact Nos: of the members of lower Councils, so that, they maybe able to convey them time-to-time instructions of Supreme Councils & Executive Committee.
(g) This Council will observe the activities of lower Councils and will help in solving their problems.
(h) The members of this Council will visit, , to every Constituency under their jurisdiction to convince the people to vote in favor of CORADO`s candidate during election
(i) This Council will contact all the elected members of various Trade Unions of labors, various Associations and Organization of the above-mentioned 8 Classes to join CORADO for their own interest.
(j)This Council will struggle their best for achieving the objectives of CORADO.

E-III- (ii) -The Rights of Members of Sub Councils

(a) It is the right of each member to put their problems of their concerned Class in the Council for consideration and solution.
(b) It is the right of each member to differ with a decision of the Council and decide the same on the basis of simple majority.
(c) It is the right of each member to check/ scrutinize financial matters of the Council.
(d) It is the right of each member to keep 10% of funds in his own pocket, which he get from some one on his own efforts for CORADO..
(e) It is the right of each member to show no confidence upon the activities of a member and submit mutual requisition to the concerned Class for a new efficient representative.
E-III- (iii)-The Responsibilities of Members. .

(a) Each member of this Council is responsible to obey the orders, decisions and instructions of the Council.
(b) Each member of this Council is responsible to organize and coordinate his own concerned Class up to the District level and help in selection of representative for Administrative Council.
(c) Each member of this Council is responsible to attend the meetings of the Council regularly, failing which accept fine imposed by the Council.
(d) Each member of this Council is responsible to motivate his concerned Class to form Unions and Organizations, so that they may be able to contact them easily.
(e) Each member of this Council is responsible to register the name, addresses and contact Nos: of elected member of each Union and organization of his concerned Class.
(f) Each member is responsible to convince and educate the people of his concerned Class to vote in favor of CORADO`s candidate, during election.

E-IV- The Administrative Council .
There will be a Council at every District / Constituency level of a country which will be also consisted in to 9 representative of the above-mentioned 9 Classes.
E-IV-I Pattern of its election or selection.
Preliminary, the elected members of various Unions, Organizations and Associations will select or elect their representative of their concern Class, during a meeting which will be called by Sub Council in the Head Quarter of every District /Constituencies at public place. When the CORADO become strengthened, this Council will be elected by the members of local Councils at each District level

E-IV-II-The objectives of Administrative Council. (Changeable)

(a) This Council will constitute organizations (N.G.O.s) which will be consisted in to 9 members of the above mentioned 9 Classes at every City, Village and Town level.
(b) This Council will observe the activities of local Council and will issue time-to-time instructions for their guidance.
(c) This Council will organize the above-mentioned nine Classes up to the Village level and will coordinate the local Councils.
(d) This Council will contact Sub Council for solving the province level problems of a Class.
(e) This Council may covey their opinion to Sub Council regarding the political position of candidates of CORADO.
(f) This Council will collect funds and will deposit it in the account of CORADO.
(g) This Council will struggle to achieve the main objectives of CORADO at District level.
(h) This Council will register the name, addresses and. contact Nos: of members of local Council.
(i) This Council will submit monthly progress report to Sub Council about their activities.

E-IV-III- Rights of Members of Administrative Council.

(a) It is the right of each member to motivate the Council for solving the problems of his concerned Class failing which may approach the concerned Sub Council.
(b) It is the right of each member to covey his individual opinion to Sub Council regarding a candidate who requested to contest election on the ticket of CORADO
(c) It is the right of each member to show no confidence against a Member of their Council and submit mutual requisition to the concerned Class to provide a new efficient representative.
(d) Each member has the right to keep 10% funds in his own pocket, which he obtained on his own efforts and resources for CORADO.
(e) Each member has the right to call meeting of the Council any time whenever he feel it necessity.

E-IV-IV- The Responsibilities of Members of Administrative Council.

(a) Each member will be responsible to obey the orders, instructions and decisions of higher Councils.
(b) Each member will be responsible to help the Council in nomination of local Council `s members.
(c) Each member will be responsible to attend the meetings of the Council regularly and punctually, in case of failure, accept fine, which will be imposed by the Council.
(d) Each member will be responsible to convince his concerned Class to vote in favor of CORADO candidate.
(e) Each member will be responsible to register the name, addresses /bio-data of citizen of his concerned Class.
(f) Each member will be responsible to struggle their best for obtaining the objectives of CORADO.
(g) Each member will be responsible to collect funds for the development of CORADO.

E-V- LOCAL COUNCIL /JURIES.
There will be Councils at every village, Town and City level of a country, which will be also consisted in to 9 members representing the above-mentioned nine Classes.
Preliminary, the members of this Councils will be nominated by the members of the concerned Administrative Council but later on, a proper election will be held at every village, Town and city level to elect the members of local Council.

E-V-I- OBJECTIVES OF LOCAL COUNCILS (changeable)

(a) This Council will educate and convince citizen for obtaining the objectives of CORADO at local level.
(b) This Council will obey and implement the orders, instructions and decisions of higher Councils.
(c) This Council will solve the problems and disputes of people on local level.
(d) This Council will bring social, political and economical reform among the people.
(e) This Council will struggle against the prevailing social evils, terrorism and trend of exploitation in the civil society.
(f) This Council will motivate the people to perform welfare activity on self help basis on local level and will usually play constructive role in the society for which they may demands for funds from higher Councils.
(g) The members of this Council will take active part in the social welfare gathering on local level for the popularity of CORADO.
(h) This Council will play effective role for the solution of a problem, which affect the majority of local people.
(i) This Council will convey monthly report to the Administrative Council, regarding their activities and efforts for the popularity of CORADO.

E-V-II-RIGHTS OF MEMBERS OF LOCAL COUNCIL.

(a) It is the right each member to convey his bad or good comments to the higher councils regarding a Candidate who are going to contest state election from CORADO Platform.
(b) It is the right of each member to collect funds from other resources on his own efforts and keep 10% amount in his own packet.
(c) It is the right of each member to put an issue before the local Council, in case of failure; he has the right to approach higher Councils.
(d) It is the right of each member to compliant about the laziness of a member and may suggests to the Council to select a new member from the concerned Class.
(e) It is the right of each member to call the meeting of the Council whenever he feels it necessity.

E-V-IV-RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS.

(a) It is the responsibility of each member to obey and implement the orders, Instructions and decisions of higher Councils.
(b) It is the responsibility of each member to struggle for obtaining the objectives of CORADO.
(c) It is the responsibility of each member to enlist / registered the name, profession and addresses of each citizen of their concerned Class, so that, the Council may be able to convey it to the higher Councils.
(d) It is the responsibility of each member to play effective role in convincing the people to vote in the favor of Corado`s Candidate.
(e) It is the responsibility of each member to attend the meeting of Local Council regularly, in case of failure, accept fine which will be imposed by the Chairman.
Article-F - Chairman

There will be a Chairman in the above mentioned each Council who will be elected on simple majority by the members of the concerned Council.

Article F-I - Power of Chairman (changeable).

(a) He may call the meeting of a Council any time.
(b) He may suggest Agenda for a meeting.
(c) He may keep continue a meeting of a Council for several days in case of emergency.
(d) He may fine a member who remains absent from a meeting.
(e) He may assigned a target to a member of the Council regarding objectives of CORADO, in case of failure, he may called his explanation.
(f) He may terminate the membership of an in-efficient and lazy member and request to the concerned Class to nominate a new efficient / active member for the Council.

Global Coordination Council (G.C.C)

There will be a Council at World level, which will coordinate the CORADO of each country globally. Preliminary, the members of Executive Committees of each country will be the members of this Council. They will meet after every three months to plan the future strategy for CORADO.
