G8 2007 in Heiligendamm:
http://www.nadir.org/nadir/initiativ/agp/g82007/
What we want:
To create a political and cultural action that will take place for several months during summer 2007 all over Europe.
To be a counter-movement opposing the G8 summit at Heiligendamm traversing the limitations of time and space and altering the boundaries of the State and the Government.
To become a large travelling movement of people, who are searching for an alternative form of association, composed from politically and culturally conscious activists, musicians, artists, theatre animators, radio and video activists who are seeking to express their ideas as to how to achieve the following goals.

No matter the environmental and social cost, no matter the ever increasing protests from the Icelandic and international communities and the intensifying warnings fom the scientific sector, the Icelandic government is hellbent on going ahead with its plan to inundate the projected Halslon reservoir at Karahnjukar between 15-30 September 2006.

OK Dance out MonEymania, 27.08.2006 14:11
Am 16. Sept.

Colombia is one of the countries of Latin America which gives the most
formal recognition to the rights of Afro-american communities. And yet, afro-descendents are one of the social groups suffering from the worst violations of civil, political, economic, social, cultural and environmental rights. The economic and social indicators of the situation of the afro-colombians do not only show poverty and the disinterest of the State, they also reflect the continuing effects of the slavery to which they were subjected and the structural racism which persists.

On April 26, 1986, Reactor 4 at the Chernobyl nuclear power complex in the Ukraine exploded during a routine safety test. A plume of radioactivity was sent a mile high to drift over 40% of Europe and as far away as Japan. Between 50 and 250 million curies of radiation, approximately equal to 100 medium-sized atomic bombs, was unleashed.
